Return Policy

BagitGolf guarantees satisfaction and we will refund the purchase price of any in- stock item that the buyer is not 100% satisfied with. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Buyer must return the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned.

In order to return any item, please call us. You will receive a return confirmation number and instructions. Failure to follow the return instructions will result in additional re-stocking fees.

If Items are shipped Free Customer is responsible for paying actual initial and return shipping costs when returning items. The items initial cost of shipping will be deducted from the sales price before restocking fee is charges

Shipping Damage

Items damaged during shipping will be refunded in accordance with the shippers refund policy. Please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) before opening the package.
